Pre-Foundation– Grade 3
- Foundational movement, balance, and coordination through playful exploration.
- Fundamental movement skills that form the basis of any sport (unstructured/ free play) and locomotor and manipulative skills.
Grades 4-5
- Introduction to structured movement, rhythmic activities, and basic sports skills.
- Introduction to unit-based multiple games exposure. Inter-class and intra-class matches.
Grades6-8
- Unit-based multiple games exposure.

- Sports proficiency including badminton, pickleball, basketball, cricket, and football, emphasizing skill mastery, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
