Pre-Foundation– Grade 3

  • Foundational movement, balance, and coordination through playful exploration.
  • Fundamental movement skills that form the basis of any sport (unstructured/ free play) and locomotor and manipulative skills.

Grades 4-5

  • Introduction to structured movement, rhythmic activities, and basic sports skills.
  • Introduction to unit-based multiple games exposure. Inter-class and intra-class matches.

Grades6-8

  • Unit-based multiple games exposure.
  • Team matches.

Grades9-12

  • Sports proficiency including badminton, pickleball, basketball, cricket, and football, emphasizing skill mastery, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
