Q: What curriculum does the school follow?

We follow the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum, integrated with an experiential, hands-on learning methodology to foster curiosity, creativity, and practical knowledge.

Q: What are the school timings?

Play Group to UKG: 08:30 am to 1:00 pm. I to VIII: 08:30 am to 2:30 pm. Play Hour: 8:30 am to 9:30 am (open to all and designed to promote social interaction and physical well-being). Academic Hours: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Teachers: 7:45 am – 2:30 pm. Extended Our Programme: Existing students will also have an optional after-school program / day care which will run till 4:30 pm and 6 pm.

Q: Is transportation available?

Yes, we offer a safe and reliable bus service covering major areas of Gurugram.

Q: Does my child need to wear a uniform?

All students from Nursery to Grade 12 are required to wear a uniform. There are separate winter and summer uniforms for daily wear and physical education. Uniforms can be purchased from the uniform shop on the premises.

You can apply online through our website or visit the school office for a physical application form.

Q: What documents are required for admission?

1. Birth certificate of the student. 2. Aadhaar Cards of the Student and Both Parents. 3. Address Proof of either of the Parents. 4. Transfer Certificate (if applicable) from the Previous School. 5. Previous Year’s Report Card (for Classes Nursery & Above).

Q: Is there an entrance test or interview?

We do not conduct entrance tests, as we believe every child is on their own unique learning journey. Instead, we engage in meaningful interactions with each child to understand their developmental and academic needs, allowing us to nurture them in alignment with their natural growth. For children entering Grade 1 and above, we hold a gentle conversation to explore their prior learning experiences, recognising that their educational path may have begun elsewhere. Older students participate in a screening—not as a test —for us to understand how best to support their transition into our learning community.

The school follows age criteria laid down by state government guidelines, calculated as of 31 March of the year of application: Parent Child Program: 18 Months to 2 Years; Preparatory Program: 2 Years; Nursery: 3 Years; LKG: 4 Years; UKG: 5 Years; I: 6 Years; II: 7 Years; III: 8 Years; IV: 9 Years; V: 10 Years; VI: 11 Years; VII: 12 Years; VIII: 13 Years; IX: 14 Years.

Admission Process

Enquiry Form Submission

Parents submit an online/offline enquiry form expressing interest in admission.
Automated email to parents: Acknowledgment of the enquiry along with the next steps and school brochure.

Initial Call by Admission Team

Admission team contacts the parent to explain the admission process.
A school visit is scheduled based on parent availability.

Registration Form & Registration Fee Submission

Parents fill out the registration form and submit the registration fee.
Automated email to parents: Confirmation of registration, allotment of registration number.

Interaction Scheduled with Principal/Coordinator

A meeting is scheduled with the Principal/Coordinator for parent-student interaction.
Automated email to parents: Confirmation of interaction date, time, and location.

Interaction Outcome & Admission Offer

Based on the interaction, an admission decision is made.
Automated email to parents:
- If admission is granted: Admission number and fee payment details are shared.
- If seats are full: Notification that the application is on the waitlist and the school will contact the parents if a seat becomes available.

We don’t conduct entrance tests, as we believe every child learns differently. Instead, we engage in thoughtful interactions to understand their developmental needs. From Grade 1 onward, we have gentle conversations or screenings—not as tests, but to learn how best to support your child’s transition and growth within our learning community.
