As a radiologist, Dr. Sahni has worked in some of the finest hospitals in the country. However, for the past decade, she has devoted herself to education and has successfully overseen the establishment and management of high-performing schools. Her focus is on inculcating empathy and gratitude with the school communities that she has helped set up.
Aman SahniDirector
Aman is a graduate in Economics and Politics from University of Manchester, UK, and M.Sc in Global Politics from London School of Economics. Since 2011, he has been steering several educational institutions that currently have an enrolment of over 11,000 students. He has an international and forward-thinking approach towards education.

With over 19 years of experience in education, she brings a rich blend of academic expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to student well-being.
Ms. Midha spent over 15 years at Sanskriti School, New Delhi, one of NCR’s most respected institutions, where she played a pivotal role in shaping both academic and cultural life. Known for her ability to empower students and foster vibrant learning communities, she left a lasting impact through initiatives that encouraged responsibility, creativity, and collaboration.
Most recently, as Principal of Maxfort School, she led with vision, championing experiential learning, holistic development, and inclusive practices. Her leadership style balances academic rigor with compassion, ensuring that education extends beyond the classroom to instill confidence, resilience, and strong values.

Seema ChaumalHead of Operations
Seema Chaumal is an experienced education and operations leader with 17+ years of expertise in academic and corporate excellence. She has successfully led institutions like The Heritage Group of Schools, Orchid Group of Schools, and DPS Dwarka Expressway, streamlining operations and ensuring compliance. Her corporate experience at Xchanging Technologies and GE Money brought significant cost efficiencies and process improvements. Seema’s strategic leadership fosters sustainable growth and operational excellence. She is committed to driving The Beacon School towards academic innovation and efficiency.
Shweta VarmaConsultant – Parenting & Student Well-being
Shweta Varma is a trained counsellor, educator, and researcher with over a decade of experience in early childhood intervention and parent education. She is the founder of Heart to Heart Counselling and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in parent-led early intervention. Shweta brings a deep understanding of child development, emotional well-being, and conscious parenting. Her work focuses on creating emotionally safe learning spaces and building strong, collaborative relationships between schools and families.
Dr. Lata Vaidyanathan
Dr. Lata Vaidyanathan, a stalwart in education, dedicated over three decades to child-centered learning. Notably, she led prestigious institutions like Modern School Barakhamba Road and Gyan Bharti School, pioneering burden-free education and implementing innovative learning methodologies. Recognized by the ‘National Award to Teachers’ and a myriad of accolades, she advocates for inclusive education and mentors institutions like National Bal Bhavan and NCERT, embodying her commitment to transformative education at home and globally.

Prof. K.G. Suresh is a Senior Journalist turned Media Educator, Academic Adminstrator & Institution Builder with over three decades of hands on experience. Presently the Director of IHC, Delhi, he has previously been the Vice Chancellor of Makhanlal University and Director General of Indian Institute of Mass Communication.

Madhur Usgaonkar is a seasoned educator and administrator with over 36 years of experience in the Indian school sector. Having spent 24 years at The Shri Ram School, Moulsari, serving as both teacher and vice principal, Madhur excels in school leadership, policy formulation, staff development, and event management across multiple curricula.
